Refund + Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges, or exchange it against any other item. All sales are final on seconds, custom designed and sale items. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us for a RA number within 5 days of receipt of the piece. Goods must be received back at our studio within 14 days of the RA number being issued to be eligible for exchange or credit. Items received without an RA or outside the return window will be refused and/or returned to sender at the customer’s expense. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our studio. HIGH SOCIETY COLLECTION is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping, so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trusted carrier. All returns must be unused, in same condition as received and in original packaging. HIGH SOCIETY COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse a return if the goods are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Special Orders and Custom Pieces are not available for return. Pieces will not be accepted for return after 5 days but will be issued merchandise credit only. No exchanges will be accepted after 10 days after receipt.
