The Pearl of the Oyster Ring is an oversized sculptural ring that turns a familiar symbol of adornment into a tiny surrealist object.
A real pearl sits at the end of an elongated 24K gold-dipped brass form, rising dramatically from the hand. Beautiful when worn and equally intriguing as an object, the piece plays with scale, function, and the unexpected—very much in the spirit of High Society.
Each ring arrives nestled with its own natural oyster shell, giving the piece a resting place when it isn't being worn and transforming it into a small altar object or sculpture.
And, in true High Society fashion, there's a little function hidden within the form. The curled end can hold a small ritual item such as Palo Santo, adding another playful use to the piece.
