Spring Butterfly Earrings

Spring is a season of awakening, renewal, and transformation.
Part of my Four Seasons series, these sculptural butterfly earrings explore the cycles of life, the beauty of change, and the delicate relationship between grief and renewal.
Powder-coated turquoise butterfly silhouettes are adorned with Sleeping Beauty turquoise and abalone, set within hand-fabricated silver bezels that form an eye shape. Tiny pearls and silver dangles create gentle movement beneath the wings.
At the top, handmade fine silver Etruscan-style loop-in-loop chains connect the butterflies to sterling silver ear hooks.
Both playful and intricate, these earrings exist somewhere between adornment and sculpture.
